Mr Giggles                                                        

Hi my name is Dean Cochrane, (that is me with the Guitar). Or Mr Giggles! Which is what my Mummy nicknamed me because I am always laughing!!

I am 6 year old and have Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and cannot speak.

I would like to return to the Country of my Birth (USA) but the men and women who run the country don't want to let my family come with me until I am 21 and I can sponsor them. That means another 15 years of Pain.

My Mummy and Daddy are UK Citizens and are only allowed into the country if they can find a sponsor, but my Daddy had to give up work after I was born to look after the family because my mummy also doesn't keep too well. She has diabetes and a lot of other medical problems.

I would like to live in Florida as it is nice and warm and my muscles don't hurt as much. I found that out when I went over for Dolphin therapy last year.

I need help and ideas from the people of the USA to help get my family and I back to the States.
